Begin with a complimentary 15-minute conversation to discuss your goals, questions, and communication needs. This is an opportunity to explore whether accent coaching is a good fit and to learn more about the coaching process.

2️⃣ Complete an Accent & Communication Evaluation

For those who choose to continue, the first session focuses on understanding your unique speech patterns, language influences, and communication priorities. This allows coaching to be fully individualized and aligned with your goals.

3️⃣ Begin Your Personalized Coaching Program

Ongoing sessions are tailored to your specific needs and focus on practical, real-world communication. Coaching emphasizes awareness, clarity, and confident use of American English patterns across academic, professional, and social settings.

We’ll meet online on Zoom for 45-minute sessions focused on your specific goals. Session frequency will vary. A recommendation on frequency will be decided upon the coaches recommended frequency and client goals.

4️⃣ Practice Between Sessions

You’ll receive short, customized practice tasks to strengthen your progress between sessions. No overwhelming homework, just focused, effective practice.

5️⃣ Track Progress and Celebrate Results

We’ll regularly review your progress together, fine-tuning your goals and celebrating milestones along the way. Many students report feeling more confident, more understood, and more relaxed speaking English within just a few sessions.
